Yes. Klar Details is by appointment only. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the form, and we will arrange the free assessment. Sending photos of the car by WhatsApp first helps us prepare. Walk-ins are not taken, which lets us give each car the time it needs.
Is the car kept under cover?
Yes. Work is done in covered, enclosed, dust-free bays. Cars are not worked on in an open car park, which matters for coating, because dust and rain affect wet coatings. Covered bays also let us work on a wet day, and the car is protected from weather until handover.
Do you charge for the assessment?
No. The professional car assessment is free. After it you receive a fixed quote, and the quote is fixed before work starts. There is no obligation to proceed, and we do not use hard-sell tactics. Ask any question you like at the assessment; we answer it plainly.
