Who we are
This site is operated by Klar Details, an MK Group brand, at 48 Toh Guan Road East, #02-124, Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number, name and the messages and photos you send.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange an assessment, give a quote and carry out booked work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your messages or photos in marketing without asking you first.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by Klar Details staff and, where needed to handle your enquiry, MK Group and its service providers, such as our email and messaging providers. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and messages on it are subject to its own terms.
Keeping and correcting it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for legal or accounting purposes. You may ask to access or correct your data, or withdraw consent to its use, by emailing klar@motoserv.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time.
